Delete Account and Data
You can delete your WatPhasa account inside the app from Account > Delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, use this page to request deletion.
Request Deletion by Email
To request deletion, email contact@wpprecisionsystems.co.uk using the email address linked to your WatPhasa account.
Please include the email address linked to your WatPhasa account so we can identify the correct account.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we aim to delete the following app database records linked to your WatPhasa account:
- Account profile.
- Favorites.
- Practice progress.
- Practice scores.
- Subscription status stored in the app database, if applicable.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment compliance. Purchase history managed by Google Play may be retained by Google according to Google Play policies.
